On a bed of California field greens with balsamic ribbon and fresh basil. 
Warm Goat Cheese Salad ~ Warm medallions of pistachio encrusted goat cheese served over California field greens with roasted red peppers, toast points, ad house balsamic vinaigrette.

Tomato and Gorgonzola Salad
With pine nuts, caramelized red onions, and served with baby California field greens.
